1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer a simple flat-rate shipping fee for all domestic orders across Pakistan:
  • Shipping Cost: Rs. 250 flat rate for all orders.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: [3–5] business days depending on your city.
  • Free Shipping: Optional: Free shipping on orders over Rs. 5000
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur during peak holiday seasons (such as Eid), public holidays, or due to unexpected weather/road conditions.
2. Processing Times
  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within [1–2] business days.
  • Schedule: We process and ship orders [Monday through Saturday], excluding national holidays.
  • Order Cut-off: Orders placed after [e.g., 2:00 PM] will be processed the following business day.
3. Shipment Tracking
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation via [SMS and/or Email].
  • This confirmation will contain your courier tracking number (e.g., Leopard Courier, TCS, or Trax) so you can track your journey online.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment Options

5. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Attempts

  • Please ensure your shipping address, city, and active mobile number are correct at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses or unreachable phone numbers. Re-shipping charges will apply to send the parcel again.
6. Damages and Issues
If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it from the rider. Contact our customer support immediately so we can resolve the issue for you.
